Diet alert!
I know I am not a big girl by any means, however I have found myself to have put on quite a bit of weight. By quite a bit I mean, I can't fit into my favourite pair of jeans anymore or my favourite dress.
So I thought it was time I do something about it.
I do not want to offend anyone by saying my weight and saying my need to lose around 8 kgs.
I do not believe any size is too big if that is your body naturally, and that's why I am feeling my biggest because I have never been this big and my clothing and happiness are suffering.

So I will make up an imaginary number and report on kg's lost from that. As I don't want to write 58 kgs, 68kgs, 78kgs and people feel that I think it's "fat" or "big" and that I think they should also lose weight, when it's not what I feel at all.

So my imaginary number is: 66kg's purely because 6 is my favourite no.
My target is to lose 8 kgs within 4 weeks (9th of september).

I have started to cut out completely fatty, unhealthy foods. Including chocolate, take away etc.
I have also cut down my portion sizes, as I do believe this is where I am going wrong. I will also only eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and fruit in between if i'm really hungry.
I will also try and stick to water, however I am currently drinking Lipton iced tea which is not a good start.

Tomorrow I will start jogging and doing tummy crunches.
Lets see how I go.

I think it would be quite fitting to post pictures of what i'm craving, it will make me feel better to see it on the screen and make me realise it's not going to help me lose the weight.
