I think we were all a little obsessed with Stella McCartney's beautiful lace jacket. However not so obsessed with the price...I stumbled across Karen Millen's blog and saw this beauty:It has similar scalloped edges and puffed shoulders. Would love to tie a black ribbon around the waist.
It was selling on the Karen Millen online store and ASOS for 199 pounds. To me it's a bargain really especially seeing as the fabric is woven on 200 year old looms by the renown Calais-based French Leavers Lace Artisanal producers. I ordered the very last one on ASOS, thank goodness it was in my size because we were not going to recieve it in Australia and is a limited edition piece. I am one happy girl.
