Who is not fond of side cut outs on dresses?I don't know why, but it just does not look polished nor does it make a dress look "completed" as such. It just seems like a random place to cut out material. I understand it is probably to draw attention to female form (I guess it's refreshing it's not cleavage), it just seems odd.
I am yet to understand it.

Please explain?
