What are your thoughts on wearing hoisery/socks with open toed shoes. I used to really dislike this idea, but I guess it has its perks ie; you will get more seasons packed into a pair of heels.
Sometimes it is done terribly.To me the above picture the whole shoe is too open to warrant socks. It looks like how I used to wear my mother's heels as a child.
However done the right way it can look quite good: for example...Talking about open toed shoes, I am late on another bandwagon, but I am loving these marni heels. It's nearlly autumn here in Australia I know but I just love them...US $790
