I love Chanel, I truly do... cannot complain about their bags, shoes or clothes. However I must complain about the service in their stores. I have mentioned this before but I have never been contacted when I am on a waiting list for an item, even when i'm told I am guaranteed the item. I have missed out on a couple of items now I was desperatley wanting.^^^ Chanel angry ^^^

5 weeks ago now I put a pair of my earrings in for repair as a crystal had fallen out. I was told 4 weeks, and without being notified after 4 weeks thought I should call. They then proceeded to tell me it would be another 2 weeks as they need to order a part. ORDER A PART? you have all the parts there!!!

Soooo frustrated. I just want my lovelies back to me, they have been greatly missed as I nearlly wear them everyday.
