Miss Kelly Rowland was true to her word (and contract i'm sure) to wear a Juli Grbac design, which was the winning design in the past episode of Project Runway Australia.This dress I thought was really gorgeous, and perfect for stage. As a singer myself would love to be up on stage wearing a dress like this. Picks up the light perfectly, and looks fantastic on her skin, it just radiates. It really has that "uniqueness" to it, that captures your attention.
It reminds me of a short mermaid-esque dress, the "tail" part of the dress is adorable and as Kelly herself said, is perfect for when you want to shake your behind on stage.

Juli is my favourite on Project runway, her designs are pieces I would definatley wear and would want to buy. So best of luck to her!
