Diet Alert! Update 2
Ok ladies and gentlemen.
I have weighed myself just before, and I am down from 66 to 64.9. I can't believe just in 4 days I have lost that much weight. It's a miracle what not snacking in between meals, and healthier meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) will do.
The stomach crunches seem to also be doing some good, and walking my gorgeous baby (my collie).
I have done 20 situps already today, will also step it up and do 30 tonight.

I am actually craving something good today, so will treat myself to lunch on sunday:
