I purchased them from the faboulous site www.net-a-porter.com, however when they arrived they were too big for my feet. So I had to send them back to merry ol' London.
I did take a picture though to remember them by, was sooo devastated:
However I found some other gorgeous shoes, which made the loss a little easier. Was looking at purchasing the Leopard print Christian Louboutin's, but then saw these beauties and couldn't help myself (the leopard print is not so severe):
